I think we all are dealing with PSD templates. Most of the clients get the PSD file from the designers and give it to the coding company. The rest of the things will be handled by the coding partners. So they do not want to think of coding. But I think it costs too much than the designning work mos ( HTML )

We just got some fabulous CSS3 tutorials.. Now all you need is to have some HTML 5 Tutorials. HTML 5 is the most modern version of Html that you must learn.
